Purchase Refund Policy

Thanks for purchasing our products at www.aberdeendivingservices.co.uk operated by Aberdeen Diving Services Ltd.

For any items to be eligible for a refund, you have to return the item you have purchased to us within 7 calendar days of the purchase. The item must be unopened and in its original condition.

If our products arrived damaged, or contaminated in any way, please contact us right away and we will be happy to send a replacement.

Course Refund Policy

Please Note: All course fee's are non-refundable or transferrable. Once you book on a course your place is secured and there will be a charge if you wish to move to another course schedule. All PADI courses must be completed within a year from purchase. For any participants under the age of 18, there must be a parent or guardian present during any sessions to comply with our Child Protection Policy. By purchasing the course online you agree to the course Terms and Conditions.
